Our Coconut Toothpaste is gentle, effective, and we are proud to say it has zero ingredients “discovered by NASA”. We prefer trusted ingredients versus trendy. Calcium carbonate and theobroma cacao (derived from chocolate) are a proven re-mineralizing powerhouse combo, infused with natural organic coconut flavor and xylitol for what we believe is the best oral care combination of safety and efficacy on planet Earth (not the moon).

For a healthier, whiter smile, use a pea sized amount to brush 2-3 times daily, rinse and swish with water afterwards and discard in sink. Children who are still learning how to rinse use a grain of rice serving size (a little goes a long way!).

    Very sweet toothpaste with a coconut flavor

    This toothpaste has a nice flavor, and a touch of tropical coconut, but is very sweet. My son really likes it and I find it pleasant, but wouldn’t use for myself. Aside from the taste, the texture is a gel consistency and doesn’t foam much. I was looking for a clean toothpaste for my son and this definitely fits the bill.

    My 4 year old loves it!

    My daughter has always been picky about toothpaste flavors. We tried flavors like bubble gum, strawberry, orange etc and she always hated them. We tried Zebra because we knew how clean and non-toxic their products are. She was a little skeptical to try coconut, but she ended up loving it and we haven't turned back since!

    Best toothpaste hands down

    This is my favorite toothpaste in the world. I will never go back. I love the way it tastes, but I especially love the gel consistency, and how clean my teeth feel after. I love knowing that I’m doing the best thing for my oral health. Zebra’s ingredients are pristine and I can brush confidently.

Peak Season Shipping

A friendly reminder that during peak season, our warehouse and shipping carriers are seeing much higher volumes than usual. Because of this, delivery times may take a little longer.

Shipments generally arrive within 4-8 days to the lower 48, but during peak shipping season, please allow approximately 2 weeks. 2-4 weeks is standard for Alaska and Hawaii.

Are ZEBRA products cruelty-free?

All of our products are cruelty free and never tested on animals. However, our deodorant and floss use beeswax, so not technically vegan.

How long will it take to get my order?

Generally it takes approximately 4-8 days to receive your order.

Will temperature affect my ZEBRA products?

Yes! Our products are formulated without toxic solubilizers and stabilizers, so extreme cold and extreme heat will affect the product. Please allow product to come to room temperature before using.

Are ZEBRA products gluten free?

Yes!!! Our founder’s daughter has celiac disease so our products contain gluten-free ingredients. They may however be produced in a facility that also processes wheat.

Are ZEBRA products heavy metal tested?

Heavy metals and other contaminants are an important issue in the personal care industry, and product safety is always a top priority for us.

ZEBRA products undergo extensive heavy metals testing as part of our quality and safety program. We work with accredited, independent third-party laboratories to test our formulas for commonly regulated heavy metals, including lead, arsenic, cadmium, and mercury. Based on our historical third-party testing, our toothpaste results have consistently shown extremely low levels, historically at or below 0.001 parts per million (ppm) per serving for each tested heavy metal.

Because our toothpaste contains naturally derived ingredients and minerals used for remineralization, trace amounts of heavy metals can occur, similar to what is found naturally in many foods, such as vegetables and fruits that are grown in the ground. Our sourcing standards and formulation are intentionally designed to minimize these trace levels as much as possible while still delivering a toothpaste that effectively performs its intended function.

In addition to routine heavy metals testing, our formulas are evaluated to meet California Proposition 65 compliance, which applies more stringent safety thresholds for heavy metals than current federal requirements.

We make intentional sourcing and packaging decisions, such as using a bio-based sugarcane plastic tube for lip gloss and toothpaste rather than conventional petroleum-based plastic, because we believe these choices contribute to overall product safety and quality.

For added transparency, each product page on our website includes a chart outlining the testing performed and Prop 65 compliance information.

Our goal is to go beyond minimum requirements and continuously monitor our products so customers can feel confident in the safety and quality of ZEBRA.
