Our Return & Replacement Policy
At ZEBRA, we create non-toxic personal care products with obsessive attention to purity, sourcing, and integrity. Because our products are used on the body and in the mouth and cannot be resold  safely once returned, we do not offer refunds or accept returns.We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned—and we’re committed to fairness, transparency, and keeping you supported every step of the way.
Here’s how we handle returns & replacements:
🖤 Replacements for Damaged or Defective ProductsIf your product arrives damaged or defective, we’re happy to replace it.To process a replacement, we require:
- A photo of the damaged item
- A photo of the lot code (found on the product or outer packaging)Â
- Your request submitted within 7 days of delivery
This helps us trace the issue and make it right—both for you and for our future customers.
Why We Don’t Offer Standard Returns
Because our products are personal care items, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds simply because something didn’t work for your body. Once our products leave our facility, they are no longer eligible for resale or reuse due to safety and hygiene standards.
That said, we believe in full transparency and education—especially when it comes to deodorant. Unlike conventional antiperspirants, ZEBRA deodorant is formulated to work with your body, not against it. But because it's non-toxic and doesn't block sweat glands with aluminum or synthetic chemicals, the transition can take time.
Deodorant is deeply personal, and its efficacy can be influenced by a wide range of factors, including:
- Previous use of traditional deodorants or antiperspirants
- Daily and long-term exposure to toxins in food, air, water, and household products
- Other personal care products that contain synthetic fragrance, parabens, or endocrine disruptors
- Hormonal fluctuations
- Medications or alcohol use
- Previous surgeries
- Foreign materials in the body such as metal hardware or implants
A detox period is expected and completely normal when switching to a natural deodorant. During this time, your body is recalibrating and purging built-up toxins—especially from the lymphatic system near the underarms. But keep in mind, a detox period from traditional deodorant can take up to 2 months, but we are constantly exposed to toxins and chemicals, so what you put into your body on a daily basis matters most. A clean diet, clean water, and a commitment to low toxin living will help your products perform the very best.Â
Our ingredients are carefully chosen and proven to reduce odor and help absorb moisture, but each person’s detox process and results will vary depending on their individual toxic load and the factors listed above.
We encourage you to allow your body time to adjust and reach out to us with questions during the transition—we’re here to support your clean journey every step of the way.
🌿 But What If…
We will consider refunds or credits in the following rare situations:
- Incorrect Product Received
- If you were sent the wrong item, we’ll correct it—fast.
- Medical Emergency Preventing Use
- If a documented medical condition prevents you from using a product, we’ll review your request on a case-by-case basis.Â
- Regulatory Mandates
- In the rare event that a refund is required by law or regulation, we will of course comply.

- Photos (including the lot code if applicable)
We may request you return the item for inspection in certain cases, and we’ll provide a shipping label if needed.
